We are looking for an office manager to work closely with the owner to develop and improve processes and work flows while maintaining high team morale.
Key responsibilities will include continuous education and training of team members as well as implementing strategies for the growth and success of the practice.
Management training program (combination of virtual and travel) is offered and required.
Schedule is Monday to Thursday 7:
30 to 5:
30, Friday 7:
30-1, and average one Saturday per month.
Pay is salary with bonus opportunity.
