Use MTM methods, Time Measurement, in industrial settings to analyze the methods to perform manual operations or tasks in manufacturing or logistics; Propose different scenarios to invest in capital expenditures (Rolling Conveyors) by using FlexSim a simulation software to the optimize the material flow, manpower, industrial vehicles, and material handling equipment for the new EVA2 Material Logistic Center, a new facility under construction; Shingo Examiner; Returnable Container Management (RCM) Project for New Model EVA Electric Vehicle at Mercedez Benz Material Logistic Center current and new model.
