Monday-Friday occasional weekends -Experience in management a must.
- Must be able to pass background check - Eye for detail - Work with the Account manager and report employee performances to Account Manager.
- Must attend monthly safety meetings and monthly management meetings -Must be willing to be trained in orange QC inspection reports -Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
-Must be great at motivating and spreading positivity.
- Responsible for leading of a cleaning/janitor team roughly 6 to 8 employees to success - Hold others accountable and check areas of responsibility is getting done in a timely manner.
